Right Corecare is committed to developing and maintaining an environmental policy which covers issues which affect our business and to minimising wherever possible effects on the environment.

• We are committed to energy management and will seek energy efficiency in all managed, owned and occupied offices of the Company.
• In all our offices, we shall strive to provide a safe and healthy environment for all our employees and customers.
• We will strive to ensure that environmental criteria are a fundamental part of contractor selection and consider all elements of contractor procedures and controls involved in the design, maintenance, support and control of properties.
• Our selection of products will be based on those products which have the least impact on the environment and have minimal health and safety risks to all using the Company's properties where the use of hazardous substances cannot be avoided.
• Through the nature of our businesses we need to provide a number of our employees with company cars. We fully understand the impact this has on the environment and will take the necessary steps to keep this impact to a minimum.
• We will attempt to exceed, wherever possible, best practice industry guidelines so as to limit any adverse environmental effects in all property management matters.
• We will enter into and continue any waste management contracts where appropriate so as to reduce impact on the environment and utilise recyclable supplies and materials wherever possible.
• During our selection of goods and services and choice of suppliers we shall take into consideration any environmental impacts wherever possible.
• We will ensure that all staff are aware of our environmental policy and encourage all staff to observe best practice guidelines in all aspects of their work.  We shall have a management system to control and deliver with minimum effect on the environment.
