Career Counselling

Right Corecare offers a Career Counselling service as part of the EAP service and is delivered via dedicated Career Consultants. Employees can access this service by simply calling the helpline and booking a telephone appointment. The telephone appointment can last up to 1 hour. Our career support is a brief and practical intervention, designed to assist the individual in addressing a current careers issue or choice. The areas in which we can provide support include:

• Information on career options
• Discussions around career decisions
• Practical guidance in areas such as job search, CV writing and interview techniques

Each individual is entitled to a 1 hour call within their yearly entitlement and 1 follow up contact.
