Right Corecare liaises with each customer to establish a reporting schedule. Reporting will include:

  • A utilisation report
  • Report on levels of achievement against performance targets
  • Customer and manager satisfaction levels
  • Resource application

Typical Reporting Information

  • Time and date of contact
  • Organisation/location/department or bespoke questions?
  • Gender
  • Age Category
  • Have they used the service before?
  • Summary of Issues + Sub Issues (Personal Issues, Work Related Issues, Management Support Issues)

In addition, we bring to the attention of the company any trends or changes in the pattern of utilisation which might signify general or local problems or opportunities, including:

  • Any rise of referrals relating to specific issues
  • Unusual utilisation patterns
  • Referrals which may point to a particular local issue
  • Significant local under-utilisation

Annually, Right Corecare provides an Annual Review - at which we will analyse and provide the following information in addition to the usage trends.

  • Counselling and Helpline feedback and analysis
  • Absence costs - eg. sickness absence costs related to stress per year
  • Value of the EAP - what do the users say?
  • Performance costs - how many employees performance improved after counselling?
  • Return to work figures
  • Other performance related benefits
